Sri Lanka was the perfect family vacation for us. We visited beautiful cities and temples (Dambulla, Sirigiya, Polonnaruwa, Kandy, Anuradnapura, Trincomalee), went rafting and canoeing at Kitulgala, took a scenic train ride to Ella and saw tea plantations, climbed Little Adams Peak, surfed at Arugam Bay, saw a leopard, crocodile, and elephants at Yala National Park, spotted dolphins and snorkeled at Nilavela, and much more. Ajith Fernando was the perfect driver and guide for us. He took us everywhere and was very knowledgeable about his country. He also managed to find all the hidden gems, not just the tourist spots. He was always clean, punctual, friendly, and great with our children. He knew the best restaurants and he always arranged the best values for us. He even arranged us to see the Kandy Esala Perahera festival. I would never imagine a better guide than Ajith Fernando and highly recommend him.
Emily und ich waren zu zweit für fünf Tage mit Fernando unterwegs. Er hat nach unseren Bedürfnis einen Plan zusammengestellt und ist immer auf alle Wünsche eingegangen.
